Very intuitive and cost-effective tool for texting

Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

EZ Texting was the easiest and most cost-effective stand-alone texting software that we evaluated. It worked exactly as advertised. It was very easy to upload the list of contacts, very easy to draft texts and their AI wording suggestions were usually spot on. Sending, receiving and replying to text conversations worked exactly as one would expect them to.

  • List uploads
  • AI wording suggestions
  • Removing Do Not Contact responses

Cons

  • We never integrated EZ Texting with our CRM. Not sure whether it's their fault or ours.
  • Other companies out there are now more multi-channel, combining texting and voice.
  • Absolutely positive. Multiple touch points to customers is key and this is a very easy way to increase your number of touch points.
  • A certain percentage of prospects respond with "do not contact me again" but that's just removing the lost leads from your list/funnel.
Very easy to get started and use on a day-to-day basis. No need to read instructions, it's very intuitive.
I'm not a big emoji guy, so I wouldn't know where to begin to look as far as which emojis support a text message well. AI Compose does a great job at that. They also show you several options so you can choose one that really hits the bulls-eye as to what you're trying to communicate.
Hatch is very good, and integrates with a lot of CRM's, but it's relatively expensive and a heavier lift to get started.

It's great for simple texting conversations. It's easy to get started and very intuitive and efficient to use. However, many CRM's now have texting as an internal tool, so many potential users may have texting tools already available to them thru their CRM. Also, there are a lot of start-ups combining AI texting with AI voice and/or chatbots, so they offer a more complete solution.
