Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting
Pros
- Allows us to notify parents of children we serve when we'll be out at an Event
- Allows us to send a text message and link (I think) to take a short survey once a year
- I like the Template, I finally learned how to use it to make repeated similar messages
- The Customer Service was good, that's important! And it was easy to figure out how to buy credits, how much msgs cost. I am NOT a tech-savvy person.
Cons
- Make it cheaper for little nonprofits:)
- Allow a logo image to be default?
- I know a good number of parents only got the text, not email, and showed up at events
- We are just about engagement, not profit. If people show up and hang out with us that's a success.
- People DID the Survey when we texted it. Great return on that! A google-survey, three questions, and a comment section. Worked really well, much better and easier and cheaper than mailing paper forms which we did for several years. And still, do for folks who give no phone number when registering their children for our Imagination Library Program but boy we like phone numbers just for that annual survey!
