Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Office 365

Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer

Exclaimer has some nice features, but its lack of customer service makes their service awful. There's no point in having tons of features if you're not willing to back them up with customer service.

Pros

  • Unified branding
  • Automation

Cons

  • Simplicity
  • Customer Service
  • Pricing
  • Time savings (after configuration is complete)
  • Consistency
We've used scheduled signatures periodically, but it's usually so complex to implement due to us having separate signatures for various situations. I would love the ability to set up a manual flow/pipeline that signatures follow based on various scenarios instead of everything being in the same linear pipeline.

Do you think Exclaimer delivers good value for the price?

No

Are you happy with Exclaimer's feature set?

No

Did Exclaimer live up to sales and marketing promises?

No

Did implementation of Exclaimer go as expected?

No

Would you buy Exclaimer again?

No

While I used to think Exclaimer was great, over the years their customer service has declined to the point where it's now non-existent. We've had an issue going on for 9 months and nobody there is even responding to us any more. Steer clear of this company!

Exclaimer Support

Exclaimer customer service is horrible/non-existent. They screwed up our billing 9 months ago and still haven't sorted the mess out. I've reached out to them several times (including the CEO) and nobody responds. What kind of company just stonewalls their customers?! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone given this awful customer service, or lack thereof.
ProsCons
None
Slow Resolution
Poor followup
Less knowledgeable
Problems left unsolved
Not kept informed
Escalation required
Difficult to get immediate help
Need to explain problems multiple times
Support doesn't seem to care
Slow Initial Response
I'm not aware of there being a separate tier of support.

Using Exclaimer

Rule flows seem complex and tedious. The signature designer sometimes glitches or doesn't display the actual font/color in the settings area.
