Overall Satisfaction with ExakTime

We use it for geotagged timekeeping.

  • Geo tagging the clocking in and out.
  • Flexible on the Geofence.
  • Staff Assistance turn around time.

  • Additional management functions for the mobile app.
  • The addition of a suggested clocking in when entering a project geofence.
  • Option to track mileage.
  • Include reduced payroll costs.
  • Improved payroll accuracy.
  • Reduced manual data tracking error.
  • Speed payroll processing.
  • Facilitated clients communication.
The geolocation enabled improved payroll accuracy, reduced manual data tracking errors, and improved client communication. The other functions have not been implemented yet.
The employees' interface is user-friendly. The manager reports customization is not intuitive.
