Overall Satisfaction with EverString, now part of ZoomInfo

EverString, now part of ZoomInfo allows us to have detailed visibility into our franchisees sales prospecting activities. The graphical interfaces that are auto-generated provide an easy way for admins to consume data in a visually appealing, easy to digest manner.

EverString, now part of ZoomInfo provides high quality baseline data. The software allows you to filter for even higher levels of accuracy if desired. The entire platform is cutting edge and drastically improves the sales process. Highly recommend for sales enablement.
We utilize ZoomInfo plus Engage platforms. The ZoomInfo acquisition of EverString was a game changer for boosting the quality of the platform. Our system prospects through ZoomInfo, manages our pipeline through Engage and integrates with Gmail was extremely efficient outbound activities.
Some users have longer learning curves than others, especially if the user struggles with technology as is. The ZoomInfo University is robust and helps with the learning curve. It takes our team about two weeks to fully onboard a new user where they can operate the platforms well on their own.
The system is incredibly user friendly. If a person is relatively up to date with use of technology, they can figure out how to navigate the system quickly. If the user has a sales background they will fly through onboarding and likely experience huge gains in their productivity throughout the workday.

EverString, now part of ZoomInfo does an outstanding job of harnessing artificial intelligence and automated machine learning to provide in-depth firmographics, technographics and contacts for B2B sales. Sales prospecting is taken to a whole new level utilizing this technology and productivity and efficiency soars through the roof.
