Pros
- It's great for searching/finding keywords in documents.
Cons
- Organize the documents in a controlled way. The benefit of Evernote is it is more like Google - no structure just use search. The downside is if you don't know the right words to search for you might not find what you are looking for. If you are used to a Windows folder metaphor, it takes a bit of getting used to.
- It's free and it provides what I need.
