Overall Satisfaction with Echobox Social

We use Echobox to increase our social media traffic. We are a news site about transport and urban mobility in Brazil and we spend a lot of time posting our materials manually. We decided to adopt Echobox to automate this procedure, with the advantage of the tool choosing the best location to ensure more engaged reading, which allows us to increase our website's audience. Thanks to the use of Echobox, initially on Facebook, in the first three months we saw a 20% growth in our traffic, which led to an increase in visitors to our website by around 12%

We received a recommendation for this tool (Hootsuite), but whoever gave us the information had not used it. We had difficulty understanding how it works. At the same time, in research done online, we discovered Echobox. We sent an email and were promptly responded to, scheduling a video conference to present the product.
