Overall Satisfaction with Dynamic Yield
We wanted to implement a personalization strategy in our shop. During our search for a personalization tool, we came across Dynamic Yield.
Dynamic Yield now helps us to easily set up and test our ideas and strategies. Thanks to the good support, we were able to quickly achieve initial success.

Pros
- Great customer support: Our Customer Success Manager [...] previously worked in a company with Dynamic Yield. That's why she already had years of (practical) experience with the tool and was able to give many helpful tips. This support couldn't have been better!
- Easy implementation: The onboarding was very professional and the technical support helped with the correct implementation and obtaining correct data.
- Easy to use: The tool has many good out of the box solutions that can help you start your first tests straight away. But custom solutions can also be built quickly.
Cons
- I am very satisfied with the tool. I can't really say anything negative.
- Faster implementation of tests and personalizations
- Improvement of our recommendation strategies
