Overall Satisfaction with Dubb - Video Communication Platform

Only by me, I use this as sales tool and as a communication and teaching tool for my Sales Teammates.

Pros

  • Instructional videos for teammates.
  • Instructional videos for end users.
  • As a rapport builder doing the sales process.
  • As a tool to indicate how many times my videos are viewed.

Cons

  • The CRM tool could be improved.
  • More instruction “how to”/how it is being used by peers in the same industry.
  • ROI is hard to determine but the overall value is high.
  • This is my number 1 communication tool used internally and externally because it has call-to-action buttons that I use for next steps and feedback.
Dubb was less expensive, more robust and easier to use.

I really don’t have many suggestions. Dubb has been constantly innovating on the product side and on the social media and content creation. I would like to see more this is how other professionals in specific industries are using it.
