Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
We use Dropbox in our organization mainly for file storage & sharing. Dropbox made it easier to collaborate on documents in real-time, leaving comments. Since several persons opened the file, Dropbox can also send notifications if there were changes made in the files; thus, it is also a really big help for us to track changes. It also has file recovery, allowing us to revert to previous versions if needed, which helps us to be efficient in our tasks and prevents us from remaking or re-doing the file all over again.

- Integration with Third-Party Tools.
Cons
- Offline Access and Syncing.
- Enhanced file organization tools such as tagging.
- Increase in Efficiency.
- negative impact: dependency on internet connection.
