Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

We use drop box for our 800+ fulltime and student employees to backup University data from development to HR. Dropbox is vital for when a user needs to backup data to switch into a new machine, or access files on the go.

Pros

  • Quick
  • Ease of use
  • Well know name recognition

Cons

  • Unlimited space or larger available amounts of space
  • Made migrating machines a breeze
I prefer dropbox compared to other file management companies because of the name and ease of use
