Pros

Collaboration within an organization
Being able to access files remotely
File sharing with clients outside of the organization
Storing files in the cloud to preserve space on my computer

Sometimes syncing can get off

We're able to instantly share files with our clients and with each other, which saves us a lot of time that can be used towards working on more projects and earning more ROI.

Alternatives Considered

WeTransfer

I like Dropbox better as you can preview the files right on the web before needing to download them to your computer. It is also more of a collaborative space than WeTransfer is.

As a content creator, we wouldn't be able to work without Dropbox. Within our organization, we're able to share working files in real time, which is crucial for how our team functions. We are then also able to share final products with clients in a way that only lets them see the final, while the rest of our team can access everything at once.
