Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
I use Dropbox as means of storing important documents for projects, spendings, and marketing. The accessibility of Dropbox allows us to access our files, no matter where we are, which is helpful considering we work in hybrid environments, and also travel. It also allows me and my coworkers to collaborate easily across different platforms and devices.
Pros
- Makes files easily accessible from various locations and devices
- Easily integrates into automatically backing up your files
Cons
- Love to be Lock folders and have a bit more selective privacy for people that access the same folders as me.
- Some Save feature would be nice just in case they’re ever is deletion of files by accident
- Dropbox effects overall productivity by making it easy to collaborate and drastically speeding up our collaborative work
- Dropbox mix file organization, easy so that we can track data for our consumers and audience improving our customer relations
Dropbox provides a much larger amount of storage, a wide range of file acceptance, and a more direct integration into our devices. Although Google Drive is useful, it has too many limitations for our business to use in the quantity and quality we want. Google Drive also mostly operates off Wi-Fi meaning that our files are not easily accessible when not online
