Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it to store files and organize information so that it is easy to find and reference in the future. Some problems would be hiring someone and then them not knowing how to do things or what was used in the past but then having those files on Dropbox makes it easier to find that.

Made my work easier for sure, I can just upload social assets from my phone
Also it has made my work pile up since it's mandatory to upload on Dropbox so it's an extra step to my everyday work

This is just what my company uses and I think Dropbox has a reputation of easy and universal access for larger files.

When my team needs to find the updated passwords to our social sites we use Dropbox since we can edit and store the latest update. Less appropriate, I guess when we need something stored specifically on Google Drive for easier editing and sharing access. Also the sign feature cost money which is a bummer.
