Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

We use it as our internal server for all our co docs and also our organizational workflow as projects move through the system. We also invite outside team members to be able to collaborate and deliver job files to us via Dropbox.

Pros

  • Able to be imbedded in Finder
  • Easily able to share w people online
  • Online & offline syncing

Cons

  • The online interface is super clunky - Box is def better
  • Sometimes the Dropbox links are hard to create in order to share with others

Love Box personally - they're both v similar but Box is an easier and more pleasant and user friendly interface. We use Dropbox for our business cause that's more common for businesses and also that was the system that was already set up when I started.

It's an easy app to be able to share parts of with people so they don't need to access everything. For the most part it gets the job done but overall the interface and workflow is better on Box which is why I give this an 8.
