In my opinion, it has slowed business

We chose Dropbox as it was basic and we could build what we needed, but in my opinion, it is buggy and we have to deal with that. This is not our end choice, and we know it. It is a stopgap. If you go into the process knowing that, then this is great. In my opinion, it just can't be the long-term choice.

In theory it is great, but in practice, it is not always helpful. I think with the lack of clear communication about when updates are going to cause what kind of disruption in service, it is difficult to plan around updates. In my opinion, this can cause a major delay in how we function day to day. As a small company, this matters. I believe major headaches are not worth the hassle.
