Overall Satisfaction with Diligent Boards

We use it as a content management solution for creating, distributing and collaborating on board meeting materials. We use it as a tool for improving modern day governance. It's also used for arranging meetings with employees. Diligent messenger is used to enable secure messaging and collaborating with parties via note-taking tools. We also use Diligent Boards to sign documents using instant digital signatures.

  • Scrolling speed can be improved especially while scrolling through large files
  • Pricing model is a bit expensive as compared to other solutions

Diligent Boards corporation’s internal control processes have also received SSAE 16/ISAE 3402 (SOC 1 Type 2) audits for nine consecutive years, which also speaks about world-class security
Diligent Boards provides a number of capabilities ranging from security to arranging meetings to distribution of board meeting materials. Although other products also have these capabilities but I would say security is at next level for Diligent Boards which makes it suitable for my organisation. Customer support resolved queries quite soon and they are quite knowledgeable.

Diligent Boards is well suited for board collaboration. It's accessible on mobile. There is responsive application on both iOS and android. Digital board is also accessible on mobile browser. Access management is quite easy while using Diligent Boards.
Administrators of the board room enable granular permissions. At times scrolling speed is low while scrolling through large files. And pricing model is a bit expensive.
