Before Dialpad, we only had a regular landline with a voicemail. As the business grew, we had to find another solution to better solution for our company. Dial Dialpad was a game changer for us. We were able to manage better all the calls, collect data, integrate with our CRM, and much more. Features we liked the most are: Call purpose, call highlights, directory, labels, and of course texting.
