Overall Satisfaction with Datasite Diligence Virtual Data Room

I'm an M&A attorney, so use VDRs as part of our diligence process. I think it's a great tool for receiving and sharing diligence information, it has good indexing, bulk download and searching features, and is generally easy to use.

Datasite is very user friendly and easy to work with. It's definitely one of my favorite virtual data room products, because of the ease of use and clear organization.
The indexing, file structure and document viewing are better in Datasite than each of the others. It's also easier to download or open documents in a new tab (vs. in browser) and easier to search and do targeted bulk downloads in Datasite.

Yes

I think Datasite is great for M&A diligence for document sharing and production and the Q&A features. The various alert formats (instantaneous, daily, etc.) are helpful, and it's nice to be able to sort by specific dates as well. It's very user friendly for diligence purposes on the buy side and sell side.
