Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management
We use Cvent to create event websites and manage our meetings throughout the year. It makes it easier for our event coordinators to register attendees and their guests. Our attendees have a much better experience of being able to register from our website any time they are free.

The product was not as feature rich as Cvent. We decided to stay with cvent because their product is tested, full of features we like, and constantly upgrading when users make requests.

I don't believe we have premium support. Cvent support is responsive and quick.
Yes - Yes, they were able to resolve it and update it in future events.
We were live at an event and having trouble with the linking of the live stream to the website. The support staff worked quickly with our event AV team to get it resolved.
