- We had a large ROI when we used Cvent on-site management for multiple tasks at last year's sales meeting, but because of budget cuts, we will not have the same support this year. It's concerning to fellow staff members.
- When Cvent's on-site staff is in attendance at our sales meeting, the tasks and behind the scene jobs are performed seamlessly. They work well with our staff to complete all functions of the show.
- During registration, the guests have constantly complimented our staff on the ease of using Cvent's technology.
Cvent Event Management has been used by my company for years, even before I joined the marketing department. I have heard that there were issues using Hubb Conference Management like with their "intuitive" staff calendars with automatic conflict notifications to avoid double-booking which did not work the way they expected.

I would evaluate the staff the completes the building of our registration website through cvent. By capturing more information during registration, we can avoid errors during the in person registration process. I would also like the mobile app to be a little more robust. Attendees prefer all information on their mobile device through the app rather that via email.

At our sales meeting the onsite staff member was able to step in and help with a growing line and impatient attendee. Each day of the meeting they returned with a positive outlook and were a pleasure to work with. They felt like a member of our internal staff and had fun during long hours.
