Crownpeak DXM - Hybrid and Truly SaaS
Overall Satisfaction with Crownpeak DXP
We implemented Crownpeak DXM for our customers. Over the last many years, we have worked on different types of CMSs and have found that none of them are truly SaaS + allow for both server-rendered and pure decoupled builds. Crownpeak allows for both and without any worry about CMS security, patches, upgrades, etc. Crownpeak is very agile, customizable, and easy to implement. Above all, the Content Management experience is one of the best. With Crownpeak, moving content from one environment to another can be achieved at individual page level/asset levels and without any IT involvement/database syncs. Crownpeak allows the content manager to create new pages in a lower environment, as well as manage content and quickly move it through the review process. Once approved, they themselves can push the same page to higher environment/production without re-entering the same content in the new environment. Imagine the same with other CMSs where you would have needed to re-enter the same content again in the new environment. This becomes more practical when your site is already in production and marketing is active with new changes every other day. With Crownpeak, you don't re-do the same content changes again and again in different environments. At the same time, your developers (content writers) can simultaneously keep test content in lower environments without the worry of it spilling over to the higher environment. Speed of implementation, agility, and a great Content Management experience is what Crownpeak DXM stands for, in comparison to other CMSs.
