Overall Satisfaction with CrowdStrike Falcon

We use a company called Act Zero as an XDR solution provider. The tool they use is CrowdStrike Falcon and we use it and they use it to help protect our environment. We wanted to provide greater security across our enterprise and evalauted different soltuions. We liked CrowdStrike and that is why we chose Act Zero - they were using tool we liked.

  • Better reporting capabilities
  • It has helped in keeping our insurance premium increases in check
  • Reduced by 25% bogus items coming thru to our network
We did not have any tools in place that provided this type of coverage/service. Thius was the reason to evaluate tools and then to select and implement CrowdStrike.
Again, we did not consolidate/eliminate. Our strategy was to implement this type of coverage/service.
We wanted to be able to demonstrate to our board that as an organization we were going to better protect our infrastructure, our internal users, and external members' data. We put together a plan to evaluate tools and determined CrowdStrike was the best tool for us and would achieve those objectives and would be able to report back to the board.
  • We are early in the journey - less than 2 years so there has not been any new innovations. Our goal was to protect our data/infrastructure/etc. and we have been able to do that.
We felt that CrowdStrike had a more comprehensive security tool set and the overall cost for CrowdStrike was less than those other solutions.

It is able to really identify the true issues we have with our endpoints. There is not a lot of noise with their tool. They provide a comprehensive toolset and they keep up to date in regards to the latest security scams/issues to protect our environment

The reporting and dashboards could be improved to provide more clarity and ease of understanding of the metrics
