Coupa rocks!
Overall Satisfaction with Coupa Expense Management
We are currently using Coupa for employee expenses, and will start using Coupa for invoicing starting July 17th! Coupa Expenses is being used by the organization, and Coupa Invoices will be used by Accounting and the employees who approve invoices. It's great to have expenses and invoicing in the same system.
Pros
- User-friendly.
- Fast and efficient.
- Customer support is awesome!
Cons
- I wish within the invoice settings it would allow you to code multiple items at a time.
- Expenses are paid weekly.
- Invoices come through timely and vendors ultimately get paid on time.
- We save money when invoices are paid on time.
Coupa is way better then the both of them. Especially Concur, as they pretty much have the same functions. Coupa is just way faster and more updated that Concur, and their Customer Service is way better than Concur.
