Overall Satisfaction with Conga CPQ

I use Conga CPQ when generating and creating order schedules otherwise known as contracts. The business problem is not having an updated contract and making one at the click of a button. It has been a very helpful tool throughout my sales career.

  • Organized contracts
Most of the time Conga CPQ has decreased my data processing time. However, on some occasions, Conga CPQ has taken longer than expected when integrating with Salesforce. That is my only complaint - the rest of the user experience has been good.
They were accurate 100% of the time.

Conga CPQ is well suited for organizations small or large. We used it in my organization when we were a late stage start up and now we are a public company. It is a very effective tool to have when you are dealing with many clients and have a lot of paperwork for them to sign.
