Concur is easy, breezy, and wonderful

Concur is used each by each sales executive and sales manager in our department. We are responsible for filling out an expense report using the software. This is done on a biweekly basis and allows us to keep track of expenses, who the expenses were allocated to, and upload receipts for each expense. Concur also has a mobile app that allows you to quickly snapshot and upload images of receipts as they occur.

American Express is linked with our software, so we are able to make a payment through Concur, which is a time saver.

This has mainly saved us time for filing expenses. However, for employees who travel, Concur helps you find the best rates/quickest flights - even if you have to book each way with a different airline, which is nice.

Admins are able to quickly look at each person's expense report and determine if any errors or revisions need to be made by the employee. They are able to cross-reference images of the receipt with the manual data that was input for the charge. Doing this ensures that we can make timely credit card payments.
