Overall Satisfaction with CMW Platform

CMW has been a game-changer tool! I've used CMW for project management and I must say, the jam-packed features make it easy to track progress and optimize workflows. The user interface is decent and a beginner could quickly adapt to it. Using the CWM Tracker, I could create and assign tasks, set deadlines, and track their progress in real time. My teammates could easily navigate and use the platform. Lastly, one of the key features I used was the project timeline visualization wherein I could see and keep track of all the ongoing projects. Overall, it is a well thought-out business transformation platform.

Pros

  • Perfect low-code tool for process automation and creation of web forms
  • We can design our workflow diagrams using the drag and drop feature
  • It can be easily integrated with CRM tools

Cons

  • Even though the cost is higher than its counterparts in the market, overall, it is reliable and gets the job done.
  • I've faced a single issue in my tenure of using this platform - the integration capabilities. As compared to other project management tools, CMW does seem to have limited integration options.
  • As I work in IT, I always collaborate with the HR team, I've majorly used it for approval management. It has been a seamless process so far.
  • Unique feature which is not seen in most of CMW's counterparts - Management of KPI and SLAs.
  • Automation of business processes in a low code environment
  • Positive - provides a centralized system for all the business processes
  • Negative - The mobile UI could be better, although I majorly use it on Desktop
  • Overall, I would recommend it to businesses that want to rapidly automate their processes and for the ones who want to seamlessly manage their tasks and projects.
I've been the longest user of ZOHO until I switched to CMW. Zoho has a better customer support and is an inexpensive option. Rest of the functionalities are more or less the same.

CMW has less integration capabilities, this is something that can definitely be improved in the future. On a side note, the MS Outlook integration option is excellent. The UI is decent for its purpose and the platform is well suited for a range of business requirements - customer order management, document tracking and approval management. You name it, they have it.
