We offer integrations between our product and other third-party products, using Cloud Elements as an intermediary.
Pros
- Support has been incredible.
- Downtime is extremely minimal.
- Once we set everything up, we've required very little maintenance.
Cons
- The admin UI sometimes doesn't work, in unpredictable ways.
- The API log page gets laggy and overwhelmed with too many rows.
- Not my area of expertise, but it made my job as an implementer much easier, especially after finishing the first integration.
