Cloud 9 is a practice management tool that allows users to seamlessly track patients and their progress. We are able to use this cloud based product from any of our locations, as well as from the comfort of home when needed. It is modern and easily one of the most approachable software products I have ever used.

No, the traditional package has been super helpful.
Yes - It took quites sometime for the problem to get resolved. I know that myself and other users were facing the same issue. Although it was frustrating on my end, I know that the team was working on it and eventually it was resolved!
Every once in a while my letters get locked up (always an issue on my end) and I love that I can just call up and say: "Help! My letters are locked" Or better yet, the chat feature is a game changer to me for support. I can't always call when I'm with patients, but I CAN text!! And its so easy to get my issue resolved even while I'm still working with the patient and Doc!
