Overall Satisfaction with Classy
We utilize Classy for our peer-to-peer general donation page, our annual giving campaign, as well as a specialized campaign for a specific partnership. We like the fact that we can customize donation pages towards specific campaigns because of the fact that - as a non-profit - we have to keep track of who is donating to us, which programs are receiving the donations, what the donation goals are, and we also want a user-friendly experience for our supporters.

- Adding Venmo and Cash App as payment processors.
- Decreasing the amount of service fees taken from donations.
- Possibly adding a field for donators to state they are a "first-time" giver or "recurring" giver - for CRM purposes.

- High tech and high-touch customer service.
