Classy is great for smaller non-profits!
Overall Satisfaction with Classy
Classy helps us with peer-to-peer fundraising. We have young people who are interested sign up for their own page, create a profile, and share with their family and friends. We also use it for fundraising pages. We have certain fundraisers throughout the year, and Classy helps us create beautiful pages that handle all the backend work and integrate with some of the other software we use. It has been beneficial to us as a small non-profit.
Pros
- Beautiful Fundraising Pages
- Easy Peer-to-Peer Fundraising
Cons
- The fees are a little high
- I wish there were more customization options for emails and page design
- fundraising pages
- automated emails
- peer to peer fundraising
- We have raised more money
- We have seen more people participate in fundraising
CrowdRise has been better overall for us. They are both very similar, but CrowdRise was cheaper for our needs and integrated with more of the other software that we used. You can't go wrong with either, but we prefer CrowdRise over Classy. However, Classy has more expertise and resources when it comes to articles and help.

No, as we are a small non-profit, we had to take their most basic services. We felt like the basic services already were a bit pricey so we didn't look at the premium services. However, if we could, the premium services looked great and we would be very interested if we had a bigger budget.
Their articles are amazing. Classy has fantastic resources and articles to support non-profits and organizations. We have received so much indirect support because of the resources they have on their website. We have not reached out for a ton of phone or email support but whenever we have, they have been excellent.
