Overall Satisfaction with Chrome Remote Desktop

It's easy to use for free in a pinch. Google Chrome Remote Desktop is another tool to use to remote into users pcs.

Pros

  • Connects users without issue
  • Not that hard to use
  • No latency issues

Cons

  • Resolution issues will prevent you from seeing important options
  • An easier way for the user to connect for support
  • Would prefer a desktop install
  • Ease of use
  • Resolution issues
  • It doesn't require admin rights which is good
  • Not very organized as a remote tool
It's easy for me to use if I need something quick and reliable without a lot of ad naseaum about account creation to get started
Chrome Remote Desktop can measure up to that with better resolution adaptation. Other than that it's a good program

When my other options didn't work. Chrome Remote Desktop was readily available for those Pcs that did not have company network availability.
