Overall Satisfaction with Chorus by ZoomInfo
For all meetings we host in our company, there is an option to enable Chorus in the background which does a terrific job in summarising the whole meeting. When enabled, the meticulous details it captures at the end of the meeting is spell binding. Nothing slips through the cracks from the summary. I like the way it summarises the conversation as Discussion points & Action Items. A lot of topics may be discussed in any meeting and perhaps some of them wont turn into any actionable items at the end. They remain to be deliberated more for later, however, it provides the context around those discussion points as well. Action items are pretty clearly drafted along with identifying the action owner and the target timeline (if discussed in the meeting). This used to be a strenuous exercise for someone to be actively involved during such meeting only to come up with the meeting minutes but now, all of them can contribute actively to the agenda not having to worry about if something is going to be not included in the meeting minutes. Nice job Chorus.
Pros
- Capturing meeting minutes
- Showing analytics of how the call went - Enabling continuous improvement
- Quick access to pick up snapshots of the call whenever required looking at the talk time of the speakers involved
- Helps in recollecting particular phases of the meeting - especially while taking interviews to seek a second opinion
Cons
- I could not find an option to update my profile info
- Reduced stress to sum up the talking points
- Invited participants can solely focus on the agenda of the meeting and nothing else - enhancing productivity
I have not been exposed to this use case since I am not from Sales department.
In the era of inception of AI which is evolving faster than humans, Chorus will play an important role to enable Machine intervention to be coupled with Human interaction which is the best combo that companies can hope for.
I am not privy to this information but I am happy with the job Chorus does currently.
I have not reached out to the support team of Zoominfo for anything. We have an in-house IT Department which may perhaps be used in any such cases.
