Pros
- Allows us to share both positive and negative calls to the team for knowledge sharing
- Allows leadership to coach when constantly having to be in multiple places at once
- Weekly emails of calls suggested to listen to
Cons
- Chorus.ai may have the ability to do so but I'd love to get daily/weekly emails when certain words (competitors) are mentioned.
- Reduced ramp time for reps
- Improved win rates
- Coaching results can be measured
