Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

My department has rather complex compensation plans. In the past, we used to manage all these commission statements through Microsoft Excel sheets. It was hard to create transparency for reps in terms of how their commission statement comes together. Besides, it was a hassle gathering the correct data from our CRM and having every manager confirm the final numbers on a monthly basis. The previous way of doing it was prone to errors. Using CaptivateIQ today, I can review the statements with accurate data pulled directly from our CRM. I can see previous months, overall team performance, but I can even get an overview on individual level.

As a manager of two regions, CaptivateIQ allows me to review not just my own commission statement, but also those of my teams. Doing this has been incredibly effortless to me ever since we launched CaptivateIQ. The tool is very transparent, effortless, modern and simple. The UX and interface is beautiful and easy on the eye.
Working in a GTM (revenue generating department with commission based salaries), we often have monthly or quarterly SPIFFs. I would love to able to include in the tool. It is likely that CaptivateIQ might offer this particular feature and my organization has simply not looked into yet.
