Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
Broadvoice is our VOIP provider for our company. It is used on a daily basis for our phone service, both incoming, outgoing, and interoffice. We also use this tool to track phone calls from our sales staff, to mark our holidays and office closures, to roll over to our after hours answering service, and more.

- We're still having trouble getting our phone displays to update correctly
- We've lost the page button on a few displays - being worked on with a technician
- When reprogramming of a unit is necessary, it's a time consuming project
- Since we're not having to think about our VOIP provider, I'd say Broadvoice is saving us time
- When I'm called by other vendors, I just tell them I'm not interested - peace of mind is important
- Having a provider who stays in the background and let's us get our work done is key
