Brevo API recommendation
Overall Satisfaction with Brevo
I want to recommend Brevo for 3 reasons :
1 - Their support answers quickly
2 - Their API holds a lot of functions including creating accounts and crediting a sub-account from a master's account
3 - Their prices are based on sends, not on the number of contacts like many competitors, which makes it a "pay as you go" solution

Cons
- I'd like to see an entire e-mail builder available through the API
- This builder would make it possible for our customers to build e-mails within our software
- Currently we have to spend a lot of time re-creating a builder on our own
- We sell sending at Brevo's prices + a 10% fee for the use of our interface
- Thus we're never losing any money
