Overall Satisfaction with Bonterra Case Management

Good morning. As the QA Manager at [...], I utilize Bonterra Case Management to report Mobility Mentoring (MM) activities promulgated by EMPath. MM is part of our Child and Family Counseling Program practices. The product allows our team to collect data for our participants engaged in PPRS services in [...]. It is a wonderful product. I enjoy using it and it exceeds my expectations for data collection. Thank you.

Good morning. [...] ACS requires team members to utilize databases specific to PPRS services. These are somewhat outdated and rather antiquated. For example, if team members need information they are required to search both systems to collect pertinent data. Bonterra Case Management allows us to have one system for our data collection needs. Good morning. Bonterra Case Management is wonderful if you need a user-friendly system to collect data. You have the ability to ensure all facets of the data collection cycle are established. This is one of the best systems I have used in a long time. Thank you.
