It is an amazing software that makes available multiple dashboards to constantly track our performance in terms of the processes running in our organization to have a clear idea of the reality of our business; the information provided is also used to improve our decision making viable in search of constant improvements and obtaining good results.
Pros
- It is a powerful software that allows us to track many of the processes carried out daily in my organization, from processes related to productivity to processes that relate to finance.
- Its interface is very nice, it is not difficult to use and has very good functions, especially generating reports.
Cons
- It allows us to be aware of the development of many impotent processes.
- It is limiting when it comes to customizing the environment and reports; everything is very static.
- I had a positive impact on making great decisions with Board. The return on investment is complete.
It is analytical and very helpful to simplify many data reading processes; it is very good and gives great potential in each of the production areas. I can involve a little bit of negotiation intelligence to reduce costs a little bit.
