Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT

In my organization, Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT is used by the Advancement and Business offices to manage our donors. The database allows for the offices to view donations and workflows between the college and constituents. It is also helpful that individual team members can be assigned constituents and input any and all interactions with them. Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT has allowed my organization to alleviate the issue of not communicating enough and not keeping track of donations and information. Actions are shared via clearances and having the ability to export reports are most helpful.

The Data provided by Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT has impacted our fundraising process greatly. The platform has allowed us to be more engaged and better track engagements with our donors. With the events module, we are able to track who comes to our events and donates.

The training was through a contractor and it needed to be more in depth from start to finish. I would love to see best practices with the systems. Individuals in the office I work in assisted with in-person training and providing institutional knowledge. I believe Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge should incorporate free training to institutions.

Yes

This software has allowed my organization to digitize records and files. The software is seamless and integrated with the software that was in place prior. The software is a little less appropriate when prospecting, it does integrate with Donor Search but once the donor has been identified and stewarded there is no longer a need to utilize this integration.
