Overall Satisfaction with Basecamp

Basecamp is used for a project with different parties to stay connected and share experiences.

Pros

  • Message board where people can share news or ideas.
  • Creates a dashboard suited for your needs.

Cons

  • Notifications may get a bit excessive if you don't set them right.
  • I'm not sure if there's an ability to hold video meetings, that would be really good.
  • Good impact as users are more efficient in managing projects.
  • Basecamp has improved document management from different parties.
Basecamp seemed to be more user-friendly compared to the others I've previously used. It is really easy to use and doesn't require intensive training for its users.
I haven't had any complaint about Basecamp so far.

Its user-friendly interface allows users to use it easily and efficiently.
