Overall Satisfaction with Barracuda Security Awareness Training (formerly Barracuda Phishline)

We use the solution to send out phishing mails to train our employees. We also sell the product to our customers and help them to implement the solution.

Pros

  • Large library of existing templates.
  • Lots of options to finetune delivery of emails.
  • Designed for large amount of end users.

Cons

  • Not very intuitive.
  • Not easy to make own landing page designs.
  • Not so responsive sometimes.
  • Possibility to add multiple address books.
  • Finetuning in the delivery of emails to the end user.
  • Training possibilities afterwards.
  • More awareness towards the employees.
  • Easy way to train the end user.
Easier multi-tenant platform, better integration with the existing Barracuda email security stack.

Great product to integrate with the existing email security stack of Barracuda. It does the job for what it is designed to and there are already lots of existing templates so you can start without lots of work.
