Overall Satisfaction with Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup
[We are] using Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup to back up all things O365 (email, Teams, SharePoint). This is the de facto tool that is used by every employee and data retention and back up is paramount. Not just for existing staff, but for archival for those moments when so and so had an email that the[y] approved this 6 months ago. Into the archive we go and dig it out.
Pros
- Easy to setup
- Easy to use
- Just works
Cons
- The final output when downloading is a bit bulky and hard to find things based on subject headers.
- Wish there was a range to export out.
- The UI is not as snappy as I would have expected.
- Notification when there is a error in backup, and easy to identify [and] resolve.
- Just works to back up O365 products.
- Lost productivity when someone deletes a cloud stored item and we can retrieve it.
- Rouge creation of teams and no owners are assigned- we get notified.
The cost and the features we needed. Was an easy choice.
