Overall Satisfaction with AxisCare Home Care Software

We use AxisCare Home Care Software for all of our scheduling, billing and payroll. We are now integrating our WOTC and background checks into AxisCare Home Care Software. We have the mobile app for both admin and staff. Sometimes there are major glitches but support is very helpful.

Pros

  • Easy to add or remove clients
  • Easy to add or remove caregivers
  • great support for when issues arise

Cons

  • Glitches in the app
  • Forms are very difficult to create and use
  • Schedule changes don't start for several weeks after they have been made
  • Increased our employment hiring techniques
  • Increased our client details
  • Increased the RN assessments
  • Reduction in printed papers
