Overall Satisfaction with AxisCare Home Care Software
We utilize AxisCare Home Care Software for everyday of the business. We use the application, onboarding, screening, scheduing, HR, billing. We could not do business without AxisCare Home Care Software and have they been wonderful to work with. Customer service is awesome and the service after the sale is what sets them apart. High recommend.

- Need a better marketing tab....even a CRM module
- More Office Employee oversight capability
- better ability to track KPI's for all staff and not just in the field
- there has to be improvements in the referral, leads, CRM type portal. I feel this is a threat in the industry to AxisCare Home Care Software bc that portion is so very weak and outdated,
- Business Intelligence lets us see exactly where we are all on one page.

AxisCare Home Care Software is lightyears ahead of anyone and everyone in the industry. From reports, user friendly, customer service, speed of service, service after the sale, Customer success manager. AxisCare Home Care Software is leaving every competitor in the dust in all areas other than marketing and payroll in which I feel they are lacking the most.
