Overall Satisfaction with Avaya OneCloud UCaaS

Well, the Avaya legacy servers are in an EoS. In case there is a Hardware failure is difficult to find replacements. While using UCaaS, everything is up to date and we can save many costs in CAPEX cost. Also, connectivity to the cloud would be possible using the internet and local network.

Pros

  • Avaya Call Recording.
  • IP Office Cloud.

Cons

  • A single pane of glass without many steps to set up.
  • The user experience.
  • It is friendly.
  • Only the first step when is deploying them as it is UCaaS.
  • Just paid for rent based on what you use.

Capex vs Opex, definitely we save costs with CUaaS. You can use it and register devices using the internal network and/or internet. It is a good way to deploy it without spending a lot of time in configurations. There is high availability and always reachable from any device.
