Overall Satisfaction with Autoklose

Our team is in B2B sales of power transmission components. Our prospective customers already have solutions in place, so we need to be aggressive in our approach to building a preference for our brands. Autoklose helps by supplementing our phone and physical visits by keeping our name in front of prospects.

Pros

  • Proven templates that are easy to modify (and produce results).
  • Ties in directly with our CRM so that all contacts are available in AK.
  • Smart technology helps us avoid most commonly blocked terms by spam filters.

Cons

  • Selecting Contacts for campaigns (filter process is clunky).
  • Saving a campaign as a template could be smoother.
  • Creating a conversation with multiple prospects.
  • Utilizing AK tools that help make the email feel personal (vs. mass email).
Our Autoklose rep is amazing! Jelena has always gotten back to us within 24 hours, despite living on a different continent. She is completely proficient with the tool and is usually able to answer our questions with a brief email or short virtual meeting.
It's fairly easy to learn, if you've previously used MailChimp or Constant Contact.
