Articulate 360 Rises in some areas, but not all
Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360
I create and facilitate all the internal training in our organization from product updates to sales enablement certification. Articulate 360 allows me to build the trainings easily. Articulate 360 also makes it easy to have peers review my work before I publish it and the PMs/SMEs can easily help me adjust what is necessary before assigning them to employees
Pros
- Articulate 360 Rise works well to create courses from scratch
- Review makes it easy to get feedback on the course
- Looking forward to the updates, particularly AI
Cons
- Articulate 360 Storyline! The bane of my existence
- I choose to NOT use Articulate 360 Storyline. I think it is complicated and clunky
- Using Articulate 360 Rise has made creating courses more easily and more engaging than before. Engagement=$
- Articulate 360 Rise has capability to use multimedia within courses. This enables employees to experience a wide variety of learning types
The winning factor for Articulate 360 Rise was the ease of use and compatibility with Mac. I like the other 2, but iSpring requires a Windows-based computer and Captivate is pricier. Some other members of my organization use Articulate 360 Storyline, but I choose not to. It's also much easier to collaborate and get feedback
