Overall Satisfaction with Arena PLM and QMS
We use Arena PLM and QMS as a document repository and to administrate the changes for the company thru approval process, as well as we use it to keep a tracking at the different changes that are managed. including documents of process, drawing and even specifications for the items that are used at Aligntech.

- Make a must the addition of the items to the main change
- The cycle time for every change was reduced and it makes it more easy to pass thru the process
- Improves the repository of documents giving easy access to everyone that requires it
- Integration with Other Systems

The easy way to be managed and use for the people in the company as well as the integration with the other systems that are used like it could be SAP.
Arena PLM and QMS was deployed easily as the people understood without problem the way to use it giving time to develop the skills required to managed it. The group was very satisfied as it is easy to work with it, and it has given us a lot of options to work with.
Arena PLM and QMS has a lot of options to work with in hand with the current other systems use at our company.
