Overall Satisfaction with Arena
Arena is being used across the entire organization. It allows for traceability of documentation for compliance to regulatory agencies.

- creation of item types such as protocols, reports, etc.
- difference modules to support different aspects of the organization: training, engineering, etc.
- approval status and different approve routings

- fewer updates, as it requires a lot of paperwork/document validations on the organization

The single most important factor in the decision with using Arena is the traceability factor given the regulations associated with the medical device industry. Documentation is often lost if managed via hard copy and with the ability to manage quality records electronically via Arena, it takes a great burden off internal and external audits.
Arena was easy to use from the test to the production interface.
I have had experience with MasterControl and Agile. Arena has the same important features/necessities that the other products provide, but at a better cost with the current organization structure.
